The 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:00 AM, from Eliff Road, near the Briscoe King Pavilion to Access Road 4, along the shoreline and back again!

Proceeds from the Surviving the Rip 5K Run/Walk will benefit the Je’Sani Smith Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity, whose purpose is to save lives by providing education, awareness, and water skills training on beach safety, seaward-flowing water currents, and other coastal hazards.
